Filing Clips

You can choose from Tube Clips, foam clips or uni-clips, supplied separately or installed for you. The tube clip or filing clip has a self adhesive base, a compressor plate and U Piece. It allows the pages in a file to work like pages in a book or lever arch file and you can insert pages into the middle of a file to maintain media order. Our foam clip also has a self adhesive base and is indicated where security of media is warranted but the information does not need to be ordered or removed from the file. As with the tube clip, you can elect to have the foam clip fitted to your files.

Uni Clips aka medi clips have the same function and appearance as the tube clips except for the self adhesive base and are indicated where the file has a W fold and is hole punched, the tubes of the clip are fed through the holes and the base plate and u piece work the same as normal filing clips.
Files can be fitted with spiral spring clips or metal D Clips, this metal clip is secured to the file by drilling and is generally fitted to a heavier weight board. D- clip files replace lever arch files but are lateral and designed to site on their spine not the end.

Replacing the metal prong common in older registries to comply with some offsite storage requirements is now simple with our T clip, this product has a self adhesive base and operates in a similar fashion to the tube clip.
